Current research has made it clear that there is no one “best” leadership style. Instead, the effective leader must possess a variety of different styles which he or she can change as the situation changes. Situational Leadership helps participants identify their own leadership styles and match those styles to the needs of their followers. Addressed to anyone who is responsible for influencing the work of others.
